The Destination

Set within the South Downs National Park - Lewes, East Sussex is the home of Thackerys Cookery School.

We’re surrounded by some of Britain’s most beautiful landscapes, amazing food producers, local farms and creative people alike.

Inspired by our surroundings, we love to create one-of-a-kind bespoke cookery courses that aim to not only show, but teach you hands-on how to produce classic cookery from home.

Our Courses

We cover fully bespoke one-to-one courses, to group masterclasses of up to four as well as workshops to refine and redefine your kitchen skills.
