Thackerys exclusive cookery courses are designed to be fun, relaxed and informative and are the perfect way to expand your knowledge and skill in a charming environment within the Sussex Downs.

Until recently owners Graham and Jaycee Funnell ran Thackery's, a very successful restaurant in the building that is now the location for their cookery school and also their home.

Prior to running his cookery courses and opening the restaurant, Graham trained and worked as a head chef in London where he cooked for many celebrities, members of Parliament and business leaders. Graham now brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to his cookery courses, where he will reveal some of the mysteries that often surround the art of cooking.
