Our one and two day masterclasses can be purchased as a gift voucher, are most popular. You join with others for a hands-on cookery masterclass with a maximum of only four people per day. Each day will have a three course menu tailored to suit the group.
During the morning session you will be seated for an in-depth demonstration of the first two courses of your menu, during which time there will be food tastings and time to ask questions.
The afternoon is hands-on in the kitchen with Graham to guide you cooking your own two course lunch. This you will enjoy seated in the dinning room with your fellow cooks, served with a glass or two of good wine to complement. The final session is back to the kitchen to make at least four portions of a delicious dessert to take home. You will also take home a set of course recipes.
