HOW DOES IT WORK OUT?

GROUP TUITION:

ONE-DAY COOKERY COURSE £165

TWO-DAY COOKERY COURSE £315

On these days you will join a group with a maximum of four people. The course includes both demonstration and hands-on practical where you'll spend time in the kitchen, learning your chosen dishes to perfection.

This is a great chance to really get involved with the recipes as a group, to all have fun and learn about the dishes you are cooking, as well as the importance of ingredients, but more simply - learning new skills to take home with you.

 

ONE-TO-ONE TUITION:

£295 PER DAY

This course is all hands on, on a one-to-one basis; so you get to pull from all of Grahams 30 years experience, on a completely bespoke day in the kitchen.

The above price includes: Demonstrations, tastings and refreshments throughout the day, plus all course ingredients, as well as a 2 course lunch served with wines to compliment together with at least four portions of a dessert and course recipes to take home.

 

Demonstration Day:

£85 PER PERSON

This includes demonstrations with tastings, refreshments and lunch with quality wine to compliment the dishes. After your day, all of the demonstrated recipes are provided to be take home. These require no hands on, so you get to sit back, watch, ask questions and enjoy!

Due to the type of course that this is, these are only available as a group booking of 4 (with no hands on practical).

 

KNIFE SKILLS WORKSHOP:

£45 PER PERSON

These run for three hours and are held are held on various afternoons and evenings during the week.

Graham will guide you through choosing the correct knife for the job and how to use it use it best. At the last part of your session, you'll get to see Graham cook and serve you a meal out of the ingredients you've prepared.

Knife Skills Workshops are only available to group bookings of 4.

 

TIMES & EXTRA INFORMATION:

All of our classes operate from our kitchen in Lewes, East Sussex; from 9:30 AM through to 5:30 PM.

Our cookery courses include a demonstration, tastings, refreshments and lunch with quality wine to compliment the recipes you've been guided through.

Courses, demonstrations and workshops run from Tuesdays to Saturdays throughout the year, and can also be made available on other days of the week if requested.

Due to popularity, it is worth booking six to eight weeks in advance. However, if you do require something sooner, please get in touch.
