HOW DOES IT WORK OUT?

GROUP MASTERCLASS:

ONE-DAY COOKERY MASTERCLASS - £165 FULLY INCLUSIVE PER PERSON

TWO-DAY COOKERY MASTERCLASS - £315 FULLY INCLUSIVE PER PERSON

Duration: 9.30am - 5.30pm.
Tutor - Professional chef Graham Funnell

On these days you will join a group with a maximum of four people. The course includes both demonstration and hands-on practical where you'll spend time in the kitchen, learning your chosen dishes to perfection.

This is a great chance to really get involved with the recipes as a group, to have fun and learn about the dishes you are cooking, as well as the importance of ingredients, but more simply learning new skills to take home with you.

The above price includes: All course ingredients, tastings and refreshments throughout the day, lunch served with wine to compliment plus dessert to take home. You will also receive a folder with all your course recipes to keep.

 

ONE TO ONE BESPOKE MASTERCLASS:

FROM £295 FULLY INCLUSIVE PER DAY

Duration: 9.30am - 5.30pm.

This course is all hands on with Graham on a one-to-one basis; so you get to pull from all of his 30 plus years experience of professional cooking, on a completely bespoke day in the kitchen.

The above price includes: All course ingredients, tastings and refreshments throughout the day, plus, lunch served with quality wine to compliment. You will take home a goody bag of dishes cooked, plus receive a folder with all your bespoke course recipes.

 

Demonstration Day:

£85 PER PERSON

Duration: 5 hours
Tutor - Professional chef Graham Funnell

This includes demonstrations with tastings, refreshments and lunch with quality wine to compliment the dishes. After your day, all of the demonstrated recipes are provided to be take home. There is no hands-on cookery, so you get to sit back, watch, ask questions and enjoy!

Demonstration days are only available to group bookings of 4.

 

KNIFE SKILLS WORKSHOP:

£45 PER PERSON

Duration: 3.5 hours
Tutor - Professional chef Graham Funnell

These workshops are held on various afternoons and evenings during the week. Graham will guide you through choosing the correct knife for the job and how to best use it. You will also get to see Graham cook and serve you a meal out of the ingredients you have carefully prepared.

Knife Skills Workshops are only available to group bookings of 4.

All of our classes operate from our kitchen in Lewes, East Sussex.

Classes and workshops run Tuesday to Saturday throughout the year.
