1. Gift Vouchers
   When you are ready to book your course telephone: 01273 474634 for available dates. Once booked, you will be bound by our Terms and conditions. Your Voucher will be valid up until the date printed on it. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
   
2. Cancellations and Transfers
   If you cancel your place on a course up to six weeks before the course is due to start we will refund your course fees less a £25 administration charge. If you cancel up to four weeks before the course is due to start, we will refund your course fee less 25%, only if we are able to fill the place. If you cancel within four weeks we will refund half the course, only if we are able to fill the place. If you wish to transfer your course onto another date, the same conditions as for cancellation apply.
   
3. Insurance
   We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel (if appropriate)
   Insurance, to cover your costs in the event of bereavement or serious
   ill-health preventing you from attending the course.
   
4. If we have to cancel
   In the event that we have to cancel the course, all course fees paid will be
   refunded in full. Alternatively you may transfer all monies onto another course. We are unable to refund any travel, accommodation or any other costs that you may have incurred in advance.
   
5. Changes
   We reserve the right to alter the schedule of courses at any time.

On purchase of a cookery course or Gift Voucher, you will be bound by these terms and conditions.
